Since 1993, JR Allied Communications (JRA) through requests from our clients,
have become conversant with many areas of the Telecommunications industry. We
use this knowledge to either consult directly to our clients or broker deals
on their behalf that best meet their specific needs.
Our main function is to understand and identify our clients' current and future
needs, and to research the market to find appropriate solutions to meet these
needs. We recognise that telecommunications services are tools to meet business
needs and through discussion, we can clearly define and document these needs.
We then analyse appropriate telecommunication solutions and prepare relevant
RFP/RFQ/RFT documents before submitting recommendations. JRA's recommendations
are supported by detailed technical, cost and subjective issue analyses including
return on investment where appropriate. Equally as important to providing consultancy
or broking services, is that we also provide full Project Management of the
recommended solution and ongoing customer and vendor liaison including dispute
resolution where required.
JRA offer the flexibility of providing these Services in any of the following
ways:

Consultancy fee paid by Client on a Project or
Hourly basis. |

Brokerage fee paid by Vendor. |
 |
A percentage of Savings accrued, paid by the Client. |
Essentially we want to develop mutually beneficial
strategic relationships with our clients. Through our knowledge of Telecommunication
Technologies and Service Providers, our clients can benefit from increased
productivity and reduced costs that can be derived from the broking or
consulting process and JRA can accrue revenues from these processes.
